Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Dinnerbell LLC website, platform, or services ('Services'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

Dinnerbell LLC provides courier and dispatch services. Dinnerbell is not a restaurant, food provider, or marketplace. Customers place food orders directly with restaurants or merchants. Dinnerbell solely provides delivery services for pickup orders and does not control restaurant pricing, menu accuracy, food preparation, or availability.

Dinnerbell provides delivery services within a twelve (12) mile radius of its designated operating zone. Requests outside this radius are subject to review and approval at Dinnerbell's sole discretion and are not guaranteed. Additional fees may apply. Dinnerbell reserves the right to refuse any delivery request at its sole discretion.

Dinnerbell operates during published business hours. Premium Members and Forevership Members may request delivery outside standard hours. Extended-hour requests are subject to driver availability, are not guaranteed, and may incur additional fees. Membership does not guarantee service availability.

Dinnerbell may offer Free, Premium, and Forevership memberships. Benefits, pricing, and structures may be modified at Dinnerbell's discretion. Membership does not create a guaranteed obligation of service.

Delivery is deemed complete when the order is delivered to the address provided by the customer or otherwise confirmed delivered in accordance with platform procedures. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Dinnerbell is not responsible for delays caused by restaurant operations, traffic, weather, road conditions, or driver availability.

Refunds, credits, or redelivery are issued at Dinnerbell's sole discretion. Delivery credits have no cash value and may be revoked in cases of abuse or fraud.

Dinnerbell reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraudulent activity, including false non-delivery claims, abuse of referral programs, chargeback abuse, or misrepresentation.

Drivers providing delivery services are independent contractors and not employees of Dinnerbell LLC.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dinnerbell LLC's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the delivery service giving rise to the claim. Dinnerbell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Dinnerbell shall not be liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, severe weather, infrastructure failures, or other unforeseen events.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

Dinnerbell LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
