Promotional Sign Terms

These terms apply to DinnerBell Business Referral Signs.

Production and delivery

The production estimate and standard delivery estimate shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Production begins only after successful payment and completion of the required business and shipping information.

Cancellation

A cancellation request may be submitted before the customized sign enters production. Contact DinnerBell support promptly; a cancellation is not effective until confirmed.

Replacement handling

Contact DinnerBell support about a sign that arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect. Replacement eligibility and any return instructions will be determined from the order record and reported issue.

Customized signs

Once a sign has been customized with the business location referral QR code and production has begun, the sign is nonrefundable except where required by applicable law or where DinnerBell confirms a production defect.

These terms may be updated with a new version and effective date. The version accepted at checkout is retained with the application and order.
